Having been in mamagement for nearly 30 years, it’s good to see there are companies out ther that get “it”. I have to watch an episode of the show Undercover Boss without being moved tears. The shows producers and participants are doing what I’ve always said needs to happen…spend a week in the trenches with the people that make your fortunes!
